At the top of Monte San Salvatore, you will find an observation deck that provides breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Lugano, a small chapel called the Sanctuary of Madonna of the Salvation (built in the 19th century, now a popular spot for weddings and religious ceremonies), a restaurant and a small museum called the Museum San Salvatore, which provides information about the mountain, its history, and the surrounding region.
Monte San Salvatore also offers several hiking trails for those who prefer to explore the mountain on foot. The trails vary in difficulty, and they provide an opportunity to experience the natural beauty of the area while enjoying the fresh mountain air.
